Luke Export offers a wide variety of Seafood products: Molluscs, Crustaceans and Finfishes in Live, Chilled and Frozen forms. Please go through the products page to see the platter that we offer:
Frozen

Luke Export is equipped with the following infrastructure for freezing the products:

  1. Contact Plate Freezers : 2 no.s : Total Capacity of 12 tonnes per day
  2. Air Blast Batch (Trolley) Freezers : 2 no.s : Total Capacity of 30 tonnes per day
  3. IQF Machine: 1 no. : Total capacity of 8 tonnes per day

These facilities are ample enough to handle the incoming raw material even during peak seasons. The plant is also equipped with integrated frozen store having a capacity of 1000 tonnes and an independent frozen store having a capacity of 3000 tonnes. We also have refrigerated vehicles for transporting of frozen products so as to prevent any temperature abuse. Both the plant as well as the independent frozen store has ‘house stuffing’ facilities, wherein the products can be loaded directly into the refrigerated containers for shipments, thereby reducing chances of temperature abuse.
